Individual Coaching Ceremony
“Ceremony, whether or not it’s shamanic, is typically magical, creative, and healing. It provides a bridge between the material world and the non-material (spirit) worlds. It is a felt demonstration of how the power of the universe works, and provides a way to honor all those events in our life that we want to sanctify. Participating in sacred ceremony helps bring our being into alignment with the natural flow and rhythm of life. Ceremony is the intentful construction of the bridge which spans the barriers that we’ve created between our soul and our mundane life. Through the creation of ceremony, we allow the free movement of our soul into the mundane, and of our consciousness into the realm of the soul. It’s a two-way bridge.” — Dr. Stephen Farmer (How to Create Ceremonies for Healing, Transitions, & Celebrations)
Whether you’re navigating a transition, seeking inner clarity, or working on personal development, I welcome individuals from all walks of life.
These sessions are non-religious in nature. They emphasize personal insight and transformation rather than adhering to any specific religious beliefs or practices.
My core aim in our sessions is to help you explore and align with your inner resources and wisdom—using the transpersonal coaching process as a bridge between your everyday experience and deeper awareness.
These sessions are client-led, and together, we will work through whatever is alive for you, whether it relates to physical, mental, emotional, interpersonal, or spiritual aspects of your life.
Multi-Week Integrative Coaching Journey
Coaching is not just mindset work. It is a holistic, transpersonal journey that engages the full spectrum of who you are.
My approach weaves together five interconnected domains:
Body – reconnecting to somatic intelligence and nervous system safety
Relational – transforming patterns in how you connect and belong
Emotional & Shadow – integrating unconscious parts with compassion
Mind – expanding perspective and clarifying meaning
Spirit – deepening your relationship to intuition, purpose, and mystery
Inspired in part by participatory transpersonal perspectives such as those articulated by Jorge N. Ferrer, this work honors spirituality as embodied, relational, and lived — not abstract.
Rather than focusing on one problem, we cultivate a slower integration across your whole ecosystem.
